Class scheduling
Every scheduled class belongs to a programme, a language track, a cohort and a module, and is taught by a named lecturer.
- Every session is stored in UTC and shown to each learner in their own timezone.
- Class times are published in Ghana time (GMT) on the public website.
- Meeting links are never public; the LMS shows them only to enrolled participants.
- A track's schedule belongs to its cohort, so Twi and English cohorts can run at different times.
Faculty allocation
Teaching assignments connect a lecturer to a programme, cohort, module and class. No assignment is published yet; lecturers appear here once the College confirms them.
- One lecturer may teach several modules; a module may have more than one authorised lecturer.
- An assignment appears publicly only once the College has confirmed it.
- A lecturer sees only the cohorts, modules and students they are assigned to.
- Private faculty contact details are never published on the website.
