A digital campus built for leaders who study while they serve.
Pillars Leadership College is designed to be studied online, from a phone, alongside a full ministry workload. This page explains what the campus will provide and how each part is intended to work.
Current status: in development
Secure student accounts are not yet open, so there is no sign-in form on this website. The College will not present a login, store academic records, or accept payments until the secure system behind them is in place and tested. Everything described below is what is being built — not what is running today.
What the campus will contain
Live classes
Each cohort's class schedule in the student's own timezone, with joining details released only to enrolled participants.
Recordings
Sessions recorded and made available to the cohort, so a missed evening does not mean a missed module.
Modules & materials
Programme, modules and lessons in order, with readings, notes and resources attached to the lesson they belong to.
Assignments & assessments
Instructions, opening dates, deadlines, submission and lecturer feedback held in one place with a clear status.
Attendance & results
A participant's own attendance record and assessment results, visible to that participant and to authorised staff only.
Payments & receipts
Fee status, instalments, receipts and outstanding balance, recorded by the College rather than by message.
Announcements & messages
Institutional and cohort announcements, plus a channel to the College that leaves a record on both sides.
Profile, credentials & support
Contact details, language and timezone preferences, completion progress and a route to academic or technical help.
From enquiry to completion
One record follows a participant through the whole journey, so nothing depends on a message thread or a personal phone.

Fees are settled and a student identity is issued.

What requires a student sign-in
Everything above is described openly. The functions below belong to admitted participants and will only ever appear behind a secure sign-in — they are not available on this website, to anyone, today.

Built for an affordable phone
Most participants will study from a phone, often on data they pay for by the megabyte. The campus is designed for that first: large controls, simple navigation, pages that stay light, and no video that starts playing on its own.

Structured study, not scattered sessions
Learning at PLC follows one order: a programme contains modules, a module contains lessons and live classes, lessons carry activities and reading, and assessment leads to a completion record. Every part of the campus is built on that structure.

Privacy and academic records
Academic records are private. A participant will be able to see their own attendance, submissions and results; other participants will not. Teaching staff will see only the classes and cohorts assigned to them, and teaching a class will never carry administrative privileges over the institution.
Messaging platforms may be used to remind participants about classes and payments, but they will not be the College's records system. The College's own secure platform remains the source of truth for admissions, attendance, assessment and finance.
