Student & Pastoral Support

Book a counselling session.

Pillars Leadership College offers pastoral, student, academic, admissions and spiritual guidance. Conversations are treated confidentially and handled by the counselling service alone.

Types of guidance

Choose the description that fits your situation. If you are unsure, the College will direct your request to the right person.

Online booking opens shortly

Appointment times are published only when a counsellor's genuine availability is confirmed in the College's secure system — so no one books a slot that does not exist. In the meantime, contact the College and your request will be passed to the counselling service.

What this service is, and is not

  • PLC counselling is pastoral, academic and student guidance. It is not medical treatment, psychiatric care, clinical psychology, legal advice or financial advice.
  • If a situation calls for a doctor, a licensed mental-health professional, a lawyer or the police, the College will say so and encourage you to seek that help.
  • This booking service is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a nearby hospital.
  • No session promises healing, deliverance, prophecy or the resolution of any particular problem.

Confidentiality

  • The booking form asks for a short reason only. Detailed personal history belongs in the session, not in a web form.
  • Booking details are visible to the counselling service alone — not to lecturers, finance staff, other students or unrelated administrators.
  • Counselling records are kept apart from academic records. A student's counselling history never appears in their academic file.
  • Case notes, if the College keeps them at all, require approved safeguarding, confidentiality and retention policies first, and stricter access than any other record in the institution.
  • Meeting links are sent privately to the person who booked and are never published.

Booking integrity

  • Availability is calculated by the College's system, never by the browser.
  • Two people cannot hold the same exclusive slot: the reservation is settled by the database.
  • Only authorised staff may confirm, reschedule, complete or cancel an appointment, and every change is recorded.
  • A counsellor's private calendar is never exposed; only free slots are published.
