Staff mail on the College domain has not been set up. There are no PLC staff email addresses yet, and none are published on this website. When the College's email provider is configured, this page becomes the single sign-in gateway for staff, and the address format will be announced by the Registrar.
What staff mail will be used for
- Official College correspondence with colleagues and students
- Academic administration and committee communication
- Admissions, finance and registry correspondence, by role
- Institutional announcements from the College
How it will be run
- Mailboxes are issued by the College to appointed staff only — never self-registered.
- Mail is delivered by an established professional provider on the College domain.
- PLC will not operate a home-made mail server, and no mail administration credentials are published anywhere on this site.
- A staff mailbox is a work account. It is separate from any personal address a member of staff already uses.
