Learning model

Live online classes
Programmes are taught in scheduled live evening sessions so that working pastors, administrators and professionals can study without leaving their ministries.
Cohort-based study
Participants progress together in a cohort, which makes discussion, peer learning and accountability part of the programme rather than an afterthought.
Structured modules
Each programme is organised into modules with defined learning outcomes, so participants know what they are expected to understand and be able to do.
Applied ministry work
Learning is tested through case studies and practical exercises drawn from real congregational and organisational situations.
Language tracks
Where a programme offers language tracks, each track has its own class schedule and cohort — not a translated menu on the same class.
Recordings and resources
Class recordings and learning materials are made available to enrolled participants through the Digital Campus as it is released.

Pillars Leadership College currently operates as a registered non-governmental organisation providing professional ministry and leadership training. It does not represent itself as a university, a tertiary institution, or an accredited degree- or diploma-awarding body.
