Overview
Ministry today is carried out in a rapidly changing social, economic and digital environment. Congregations expect clear leadership, sound stewardship and credible administration alongside faithful teaching and pastoral care.
This programme examines the leadership, people, financial, digital and institutional systems that help a ministry remain healthy, well governed and sustainable over the long term. Teaching is practical, discussion-based and grounded in the realities of ministry in Ghana and across Africa.
The programme is designed to be useful to leaders from Catholic, Anglican, Methodist, Presbyterian, Baptist, Pentecostal, Charismatic and other Christian traditions. It focuses on shared leadership and administrative practice rather than denominational distinctives.
