Why this masterclass now?

Most churches are already online in some form: a Facebook page, a WhatsApp group, a livestream, a few clips. Far fewer have a digital ministry system — a deliberate way of reaching, teaching, communicating with and following up people through the week.

The Digital Church Blueprint is a practical, professional session for leaders who want that system. It treats technology as a ministry tool under pastoral judgement, not as a substitute for it, and it works with the equipment and budgets churches actually have.

The masterclass is Christian, ecumenically respectful and ethically framed. It is open to leaders from every Christian tradition and does not imply endorsement by any denomination.

Ministry no longer stops on Sunday afternoon

People search, listen, ask questions and look for help through the week. A church with no weekday presence is simply unavailable at the moment of need.

AI has arrived in church offices

Leaders are already using AI for drafting, planning and translation. The responsible questions — review, confidentiality, authorship and honesty — are rarely taught.

Posting is not the same as ministering

Volume of content is not a measure of ministry. A blueprint replaces scattered posting with purpose, pathway and follow-up.

Digital work carries real risk

Impersonation, scams, privacy breaches, misleading edits and fabricated material damage trust quickly. Security and ethics belong in the design, not in the apology.

This is preparation, not alarm. PLC does not claim to predict the future; the session works from observable ministry, social and technological change.

What participants will learn

By the end of the masterclass, participants should better understand:

Session outline

  1. The Digital Church

What digital ministry actually means, and the difference between posting online, broadcasting online and building a genuine digital ministry system.

  2. Digital Evangelism

Responsible use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, websites, email and livestreaming to reach people honestly.

  3. AI for Church Leaders

Practical uses — research assistance, lesson planning, administrative drafting, communications, content planning, translation support, meeting summaries, data organisation and brainstorming — always under human review. AI is never treated as spiritual authority.

  4. The Sermon-to-Content System

How one sermon responsibly becomes a full video, short clips, quotes, discussion questions, study notes, social posts, WhatsApp summaries and follow-up content without distorting the preacher's meaning.

  5. Church Social Media Strategy

Platform purpose, audience, content pillars, posting consistency, engagement, calls to action and measurement.

  6. WhatsApp Ministry

Announcements, follow-up, small groups, new visitors, class and leadership communication — with clear limits on what WhatsApp should never be used to record.

  7. Livestreaming & Online Services

Basic production, audio, lighting, camera position, internet reliability, presentation, moderation and follow-up — without expensive equipment.

  8. The Church Website

The official information source, sermon and resource library, contact point, event hub, counselling or appointment gateway, lawful giving information and visitor pathway.

  9. Digital Follow-Up

A simple pathway: discover, engage, contact, follow-up, community, discipleship — treating people pastorally rather than as marketing leads.

  10. Digital Data & Analytics

Reach, engagement, video retention, website visits, enquiries, registrations, returning visitors and genuine ministry engagement. Vanity metrics are not success.

  11. Online Safety

Account security, strong authentication, role permissions, scams, fake ministry accounts, phishing, privacy, minors, sensitive counselling information and financial fraud.

  12. Digital Ministry Ethics

Truth, copyright, consent, privacy, AI-generated material, misinformation, manipulative editing, fabricated testimonies or miracles, deepfakes and misleading fundraising.

  13. The Digital Church Team

Useful responsibilities — digital ministry lead, content, production, social media, website, follow-up and data — adapted honestly for small churches where one or two people carry several.

  14. Your 30-Day Digital Church Action Plan

A guided exercise turning the session into concrete steps for the next thirty days in your own ministry context.

Participation fee

Ghana
GH₵500
International
US$45

GH₵500 (Ghana) and US$45 (international) are separately approved prices for their own markets in this masterclass. They are not an exchange-rate conversion of one another, and the amount owed is always taken from the College's own records, never from this page. Ghana payment uses the College's approved Mobile Money and bank destinations. A card or USD payment method is not configured, so international participants are assisted individually by the College — US$45 is never turned into a cedi payment.

Ghana participants pay by MTN Mobile Money or Fidelity Bank transfer after registering; the exact details are shown with your registration reference. Online card payment is not active yet, and international participants are helped individually. Only the College's finance office can record a payment as verified.

PLC will never ask you for a mobile money PIN, one-time code or password. Always check the recipient name before you send money.

Certificate of Participation

  • A valid masterclass registration for The Digital Church Blueprint
  • Verified payment where payment is required
  • Attendance of at least 75% of the session you registered for
  • No administrative hold applying to this masterclass
  • Institutional approval through the College's credential process

This is a Certificate of Participation. It is not a professional certificate, diploma, degree or accredited qualification. Registration, payment and attendance are separate records. Payment never stands in for attendance, and reaching 75% attendance does not issue anything by itself. Issuance stays blocked until the Certificate of Participation award and the required signing offices are active. That does not affect registration or attendance. Attendance for this masterclass is recorded separately and is never used in Church of 2030 attendance or in Professional Certificate academic attendance.

Questions leaders ask

Who is this masterclass for?
Pastors, prophets, priests, bishops, apostles, church founders, administrators, media and communications teams, youth and evangelism leaders, departmental leaders, Christian content creators and emerging ministers. It is Christian and ecumenically respectful, not tied to one denomination.
Is registration open?
Not yet. The date, sessions and fees are approved, but registration for The Digital Church Blueprint has not been opened. No place can be reserved and no payment is collected until the College opens it.
When does it take place?
Saturday, 10 October 2026. There are two sittings of the same masterclass: the Twi session runs 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM and the English session runs 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM, both Ghana time (Africa/Accra). You choose one session yourself.
What does it cost?
GH₵500 in Ghana and US$45 internationally. These are separately approved market prices for this masterclass, not a currency conversion. Ghana payment is by MTN Mobile Money or Fidelity Bank transfer after registering. A USD payment method is not configured yet, so international participants are assisted individually by the College.
Does it teach AI as a spiritual authority?
No. Technology is taught as a ministry tool under pastoral judgement. AI is never presented as prophetic, divinely inspired or spiritually discerning, and never as a replacement for Scripture, pastoral judgement or human accountability. Every AI output must be reviewed by a responsible person.
Is there a certificate?
A Certificate of Participation, subject to a valid registration, verified payment where payment is required, at least 75% attendance of your session, no administrative hold and institutional approval. It is never issued automatically, and issuance stays blocked until the award and signing offices are active.
Will it guarantee church growth?
No. The masterclass teaches practice and systems. It does not promise growth, followers, membership, revenue or viral results.
